The person in this role will not only hire and retain the top talent but will also lead our agile HR team, taking ownership of the entire HR function. Take a leadership role to establish the strategic importance of HR function within the organization
Strengthen the Confiz brand as employer of choice
Develop agile recruitment strategies to ensure timely induction of superstars required to support business strategies and organizational commitments
Drive organization-wide performance management and succession planning processes
Constantly work to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty and commitment
Create enabling environment and facilitate in developing a high performance work culture
Devise performance based compensation strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent
Report HR operational performance to management using objective data, including quantitative metrics across all key HR functions
Facilitate in organizational change initiatives, helping managers and other stakeholders in minimizing resistance and enhancing readiness for change
Use technology solutions to enhance and improve HR processes
A business degree, preferably in Human Resources
About 10 years of overall experience
3+ years in HR leadership role in a sizable and progressive organization
Experience of having worked in technology industry would be a definite advantage
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership and change management skills
An appetite to solve problems
Comprehensive knowledge of HRM and allied disciplines
Strong awareness of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to people management
Excellent computing and data analysis skills
