Sr No 1. Head of Human Resources
Master's degree in Human Resources with minimum 15 years experience of MNC or of a well reputed local Group / Company as HR generalist.
Should have experience of HR strategy formulation , organizational development, HR policies / procedures /systems development, compensation and benefit, performance management, recruitment and managing HR operations.
Sr No 2. Manager Procurement
Graduate with 10 years of garment industry experience.
Should have prior experience of developing procurement system and processes, setting product standards and quality parameters and managing vendors .
Should also have experience of handling the purchases of different varieties of fabric , yarns, dyes, chemicals, and garment accessories.
Sr No 3. Manager Administration & IR (Factory)
MBA / LLB or Retired Army Person with minimum 10 years industry experience .
Should have experience of managing administrative services, labor & personnel matters ,security & vigilance and maintaining effective P.R with Government departments / regulatory bodies.
Sr No 4. Cost Accountant
ACMA Qualified or Part Qualified equivalent with around 5 years experience. Should have prior experience of working as a Cost Accountant with major textile composite unit. Should be well versed with the techniques and costing methods applied in textile industry
Sr No 5. Manager Accounts
Qualified CA or Part Qualified CA or Qualified ACMA with around 5 years of post- qualification / articleship industry experience. Should have prior experience of developing accounting systems and controls, preparing of periodical financial statements and accounts, looking after the taxation and other statutory compliances etc.
Should have in- depth knowledge/ understanding of IFRS, accounting methodologies and internal processes and controls.
Sr No 6. Manager Retail Operations- North
Master?s degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration with minimum 10 years? experience of managing retail sector. Should have prior experience of managing retail operations of any renown retail stores chain (preferably fashion apparel).
Sr No 7. Head of Warehouse & Logistics
MBA in Supply Chain (preferable) with minimum 15 years experience of garment \ retail industry and \ or exposure of any ronown large scale warehousing \ logistics service provider company. Should have experience of managing large scale warehouse and logistic operations, which includes shipping, receiving, storing, storing, inventory management ,distribution and transportation. Should also have prior experience of revamping the warehousing \ logistic processes and systems for enhancing operational efficiency.
