Director Human Resources
Forman Christian College has a vacancy for a Human Resources Director.
The position will provide strategic consultation for the human resource needs of the University staff and faculty in the areas of recruitment, retention, compensation and employee benefits management, performance and work time evaluations, audit policy-making, and mediation, grievance and payroll management.
Candidates will be expected to be knowledgeable about, and ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws, work closely with department heads, staff and faculty, and uphold confidentiality standards and procedures.
Candidates must have strong conflict resolution and Problem solving skills, strong management and leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills (in English and Urdu); familiar with various human resource software and the functionality of that software.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Human Resource or Organizational Management preferred; candidates with relevant credentials / certifications in HR management are encouraged to apply 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field of human resource management
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
