Job Description

Planning & Development Department, Government of Punjab has established an -Investment Climate Reform Unit (ICRU)" to lead, implement and coordinate interventions for improving investment climate in the Province of Punjab. ICRU will play the role of a lead agency to spearhead investment climate reform in the Province and work under the administrative control of Planning & Development Department, Government of The Punjab.

Initially, ICRUIP&D Department intends to hire the top management for its immediate operationalization for the following key posts purely on contract basis. Suitable candidates, both from private and public sectors are encouraged to apply. Qualifications and Experience required along with the job descriptions for these posts are mentioned below;

Qualification:
Doctorate/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics from a reputed HEC recognized International University
Experience:
i. At least 10 years of management,
administrative and/or multi-stakeholder
management experience in Public / Private sector and experience in some donor-funded program/project in the past preferably in the field of business, investment and governance reforms;

ii. Demonstrated leadership ability to rally multiple stakeholders behind a common agenda;
iii. Ability to deliver results;
iv. Managed a team of at least 50 people from diverse functions;
v. Prior experience of working in/with government sector will be highly desirable;
vi. Excellent communication and networking skills.

The remuneration package for private sector candidates will be market based/competitive as per approved PC-I. However, the pay package for government servants shall be as per applicable government policies/rules.
