Minimum Required Qualification / Experience:
1) 1st class sixteen years education in Civil Engineering from HEC / PEC recognized University. The preference will be given to the candidates having Masters in Management sciences or project management.
2) Minimum 12 years post qualification experience including 05 years of relevant experience in project designing management, personnel training, institutional capacity building, project documentation, commodity & material procurement, consultant & contract supervision
3) Strong writing & communication skills and must be computer literate.
